By accessing or using the Website, or by engaging in any transaction with Thrilling Toyz, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. • 4. Product Description & Pricing

  While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of product listings, including images, titles and descriptions, we make no warranties or representations as to their completeness or correctness. All information is provided to the best of our ability to be true, complete and accurate. Product information provided on our website is generally provided by the original manufacturer, unless the original information has been translated from another language to English by us.
  
  If you believe that information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, please bring it to our attention so that we can make the necessary corrections or changes, as deemed necessary.
  
  Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. All prices listed include taxes applicable in Singapore, excluding shipping and handling charges. Customers from outside Singapore are responsible for all import taxes, duties and other government levies in the country of import, including shipping and handling charges. We will confirm shipping and handling charges including mode of shipment (standard or premium) before issuing the commercial invoice.
  
  We reserve the right to correct or amend any prices, even after an order has been placed by the customer, but before the order has been processed and a commercial invoice issued. The price change maybe required due to an inadvertent error while uploading information on our website www.thrillingtoyz.com or its subdomains.

  
  
• 5. Order Management & Payment

  All orders are subject to our acceptance, availability and our availability source them from the manufacturer. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, especially if we have reason to believe that it is a fraudulent transaction. We reserve the right to limit sales of certain products and services to specific individuals or customers from a specific geographic region or territory.
  
  We are happy to accept credit and debit card payments through PayPal. Thrilling Toyz and its authorized employees will never ask you for your credit card details. All electronic payments must be made on the PayPal payment gateway by clicking on the $ symbol next to your list of transactions. For high-value orders from first time or new customers, we may ask you to pay directly to our bank account in Singapore before the order can be processed and shipped out.
  
  Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and verified.

  
  
• 6. Shipping & Delivery

  We offer standard and premium shipping service options for international customers. Standard shipping is via Singapore Post Priority Service which may take anywhere from 1 – 3 weeks depending upon the destination country. Premium shipping is via using courier services from DHL Express and Federal Express. Transit time typically is anywhere from 1 to 4 working days, subject to no delays in customs clearance in the country of importation.
  
  All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

  
  
• 7. Cancellation, Return, Refund

  We will accept order cancellations before the order has been processed and the commercial invoice issued. Please feel free to contact us for any product or service information required for you to make an informed decision, or need to know the exact shipping cost.
  
  Unfortunately, we do not accept product returns and refunds due to change of mind or the product or service did not meet your expectations in terms of features and functionality. We sell high-value products which are prized collectibles in most instances for our customers who may not like to receive a product which has been returned by another due to change of mind.
  
  We do not accept order cancellation for special orders which require us to source the product specifically for you from our suppliers, including product manufacturers. For special orders, we require in most instances that customers pay 30 – 50% of the total order value in advance which will be forfeited in case the customer wishes to cancel the order after we have placed the order with our supplier.
  
  Product returns will be accepted in case it is dead-on-arrival (DoA). We reserve the right to replace the DoA product with either another brand new unit of the same product, refund the order value excluding the shipping cost, or request the customer to send the product directly to the original manufacturer for a replacement under the terms of the warranty.

  
  
• 8. Reward Program & Loyalty Discount

  We currently do not have a customer rewards program which allows the customer to earn reward points, every time they spend with us, buying products and services during a given time period. However, we offer special prices to our repeat loyal customers. Please contact us for special prices in case you are planning to place a high-value order with us.

  
  
• 9. Warranty & Defective Item
  • A majority of our products come with manufacturers’ standard warranties. Thrilling Toyz does not provide independent warranties unless explicitly stated.
  • Defects must be reported within seven (7) days of the delivery.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• 10. Limitation of Liability

  Under no circumstances shall Thrilling Toyz be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or purchase of any product or service.
